Immerse yourself in an evening of exquisite cuisine and artisanal gin, and enjoy a dreamy evening in our Private Dining space, The Tidal Room, decorated with vintage prints and artwork inspired by the rich heritage of The Royal Pavilion and the captivating history of Brighton.

The evening will commence with a welcome meet and greet with the Slake Spirits team, alongside our recommended aperitif, The Sussex Negroni and paired canapés. 

As you settle in, delight in a three-course dinner, curated with the finest seasonal ingredients, while enjoying Slake Gin & Tonics served tableside to accompany the flavours of each dish.

Tom, the founder and head distiller of Slake Spirits will be on hand to talk about their gin making process, run the gin tasting session and answer any questions throughout the evening!
